A friendly SPF reminder...
Last weekend I took Tripp-man and Ruth Ann to Myrtle Beach for the weekend to visit my good friend, Page. Page and I had just finished discussing SPF when this walked by us...
I wish you could see just how leathery this woman's skin was and how skin moved when she walked. Believe me, I'm all about a tan...but after seeing her I may up my SPF ante to avoid this future!
