Ruth Ann's heart

Ruth Ann was born with a hemangioma on her scalp. A hemangioma is defined as the most common type of vascular anomaly (birthmark). It is a benign (noncancerous) tumor of the cells, called endothelial cells, that normally line the blood vessels.

Okay, so that's the medical definition...Ruth Ann's looks like a heart! It's so sweet!
