A few weeks ago my friend Auralee invited me and Ruth Ann out to the local strawberry patch to do a little pickin'. I was little concerned Ruth Ann would pick every berry in sight...green and red alike...but to my surprise she only picked a few but each of them were ripe.
What I loved most about the strawberry patch was the wide open spaces. The kids could run around and you could spot them anywhere. I love that we live so close to the "country" to be able to enjoy an afternoon of strawberry pickin'.
Ruth Ann also enjoyed sampling the goods the strawberry patch had to offer...
Is that the face of a statisfied customer or what??
Christopher also decided to sample the strawberries...how could he not when Ruth Ann made them look so delicious?
I'm not sure whether his bib survived.
All is all it was a fun day. Thanks again Auralee for asking the McCarty family to tag along!

We had lots of fun that day! The fish bib did survive. With the use of my ZOUT - it made it. Hope ya'll are having fun in HHI!
