While in Charleston Sally, Brantley and I did a little shopping downtown...who goes to Charleston and doesn't stroll down Kings St?? While we were looking at some picture frames in Pottery Barn Sally mentioned she had a water color of her wedding dress done a few months ago and used one of the frames we were looking at in PB. I was intrigued...I loved my wedding dress and wish on a pretty regular basis that I could break it free from it's preserved wrapping to wear just one or hundred more times. She told me who did this for her and I immediately went home and contacted the artist...

Today I received an email with my dress. I've already paid for it so I feel like it's okay for me to share it now.

Umm...I love it I love it I love it!!

The artist lives in Lexington...and I love to support local vendors...but she is on Etsy for anyone else who is interested. You can find her site here...www.etsy.com/shop/laurenspaintpalette

I'm past the season in my life where friends are getting married...but were I still in need of a unique wedding gift this would be on the TOP of my list!

So glad you love it! You will love it even more in person! I have mine up beside a picture of me in my dress and it ties it all together. Beautiful!

Post a pic with you in the dress for us! :)
