Ok, if you know me well enough you know I am in no way, shape, or form a pageant person. I've never been in one and have no aspirations of entering Ruth Ann in next seasons Toddlers & Tiaras...however, lately Ruth Ann has decided to practice her very best pageant wave...pictures don't do it justice...believe me, it's very funny!
